Custom Orders

Periodically, we will send out a Google form that will allow you to reserve your place in our customs queue. We will send the form out via all of our social media channels and by email--so be sure to subscribe to our emails if you haven't already 💜 Please note: we are currently booked through Spring 2026 so our next open sign up will not be until at least April 2026 at the earliest.

A custom order spot will allow you to choose scent blends you create, pick from the monthly blend list, or use our Master Scent list to create your order! You can also find a list of single oils you can choose from to create your own custom blend. More information can be found below.

Customs Spot Sign Up (Currently Closed)

Custom order spots will be given on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis according to when your form is received.

We will offer around 10-20 custom order spots per month (depending on what we can handle). We send out monthly update emails letting you know what month you are currently scheduled for customs. YOUR MONTH MAY CHANGE. Please note that we do NOT combine customs orders with preorders. These are poured on completely separate timelines.

TAT (turn around time) will typically be 4-6 weeks.

THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE PLACING YOUR CUSTOMS ORDER (LOTS OF IMPORTANT INFO COMING YOUR WAY 💜):

SIZE OPTIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot make single clamshells, single 4 oz shape bags, snap bars, or single 4 oz souffle cups for customs--we have to make multiple of these in a batch and we just don’t have the room to store additional product—especially in the middle of making inventory for a preorder), we have adjusted the sizes that are available for customs (as of Sept. 2024). But we have offered a slight discount on some sizes! 💜

🌼12-12.5 oz Loaf (softer parasoy wax) ($17.25)

🌼7.5-8 oz tub or 2 souffle cups of SAME blend (softer parasoy wax) ($11.60 ea tub or $11.60 for 2 souffle cups of SAME blend)

The firmer parasoy (shapes) will be available in these sizes:

🌼12 ct shape bag (approx 8 oz) ($11.60 ea)

🌼24 ct shape bag (approx 16 oz wax) (21.50 each--discounted price!)

PREVIOUSLY OFFERED SAMPLERS: You can order a sampler (MUST be a sampler we have offered in the past) but they will come in mini snap bar form (1.7 oz snap bar) or cup form for softer wax (1.7 oz cup)

BLEND OPTIONS: You can create your own blend (3 OILS MAX), use the current/most recent preorder blend list, or use our Master Scent list (we're adding new scents all the time!). Some blends may contain "premium" oils--I will indicate the price difference when I send your invoice (I always indicate whether it's a premium oil with the blend--I never want to surprise you!)

For custom blends, you can choose from the Single Oils tab on the Master Scent list (please keep your blends to 3 oils max). You can combine 2 Master Scent List Blends max. I recommend taking a master scent list blend and adding one, maybe 2 oils--too many oils or combined blends and you won't be able to smell everything you want! **I may sub in different oils (they will be similar) if I do not have the exact oils in stock. If you request an oil we don’t currently carry on our master scent list, there will be a $5 stocking fee per oil. Oils can get a bit pricey…especially if we just use it for one order 💜

You can also SEARCH FOR OILS or CERTAIN SCENT NOTES in the spreadsheet. Please know the oils you would like to use as I don't always have enough time to research oils for each scent note (I do try but we try to do 20 custom spots per month on top of preorders so it gets tough! 💕)

***THERE IS A 20 BLEND MAXIMUM LIMIT. There is no minimum number of blends***
