Custom Orders

A custom order spot will allow you to choose scent blends you create, pick from the monthly blend list, or use our Master Scent list to create your order! You can also find a list of single oils you can choose from to create your own custom blend. More information can be found below.

Customs Spot Sign Up (Currently Closed)

Custom order spots will be given on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis according to when your form is received.

We will offer around 10-20 custom order spots per month (depending on what we can handle). We send out monthly update emails letting you know what month you are currently scheduled for customs. YOUR MONTH MAY CHANGE. Please note that we do NOT combine customs orders with preorders. These are poured on completely separate timelines.

TAT (turn around time) will typically be 6-8 weeks.

THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE PLACING YOUR CUSTOMS ORDER (LOTS OF IMPORTANT INFO COMING YOUR WAY 💜):

SIZE OPTIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot make single clamshells, single 4 oz shape bags, snap bars, or single 4 oz souffle cups for customs--we have to make multiple of these in a batch and we just don’t have the room to store additional product—especially in the middle of making inventory for a preorder), we have adjusted the sizes that are available for customs (as of Sept. 2024). But we have offered a slight discount on some sizes! 💜

🌼12-12.5 oz Loaf (softer parasoy wax) ($17.75 each - discounted price!)

🌼7.5-8 oz tub or 2 souffle cups of SAME blend (softer parasoy wax) ($12 each tub or $12 for 2 souffle cups of SAME blend)

The parasoy (shapes) will be available in these sizes:

🌼12 ct shape bag (approx 8 oz) ($12 each)

🌼24 ct shape bag (approx 16 oz wax) (22.50 each--discounted price!)

PREVIOUSLY OFFERED SAMPLERS: You can order a sampler (MUST be a sampler we have offered in the past) but they will come in mini snap bar form (1.7 oz snap bar) or cup form for softer wax (1.7 oz cup)

BLEND OPTIONS: You can create your own blend (3 OILS MAX from the Master Scent List), use the current/most recent preorder blend list, or use our Master Scent list (we're adding new scents all the time!). You may blend one additional oil with a blend that's already on the Master Scent List!

The MASTER OIL LIST has been updated--we have had to discontinue a few oils due to supplier issues. This doesn't affect a ton of oils but if you have your customs list already prepared, please double check to make sure your oils are still on the list. PLEASE have your specific oils listed on your Google form--please don't list general scent notes unless you're ok with me choosing the oils. I will choose oils that closest fit the notes you list (it may not be exact).

If you request an oil we don't currently carry on our master scent list, there will be a $5 stocking fee per oil. Oils can get pricey...especially if we just use it for one order 💜

***THERE IS A 20 BLEND MAXIMUM LIMIT. There is no minimum number of blends***
